You should always cleanse, tone and moisturise after your workout so be sure to purchase and pack all three items. If you’re going to skip a step – cleanse, moisturise and skip the toner. If you’re only going to do one, then try to find a hard working cleanser!
Gyms offer bulk soap dispensed from pumps in their showers, however it probably goes without saying that this will not be the highest quality product. It’s also not going to be the best for your face or your hair! Ensure you pack your own shampoo as well as your regular body wash.
If you find that you are a particularly oily sweater, you may want to use an exfoliator in the shower. Just try to be gentle, as your skin will be more sensitive for a few hours after your workout.
Spending some time in a steam room is a great way to give your pores a deep clean after working out. If you have access to a one at your gym, complete your post workout regime with a quick visit!
